My art journey started when I was a kid in the late 80s, later in the 90s I graduated from Fine Arts College in Ukraine, in 1996 I graduated from Design College. I am living in Arizona now and it is a great place for me to continue my artistic pursuits. The southwestern United States has a unique blend of landscapes and cultures that could provide further inspiration for my work. I was greatly influenced by European graphic artists, their technique and imagination was paramount. Having shown in a few art galleries and museums abroad, I was also juried to enter and exhibit my artworks at local AZ galleries. My favorite mediums are ink and graphite, but sometimes I also branch out to watercolor. Ink and graphite are fascinating mediums with their distinct qualities, and my occasional forays into watercolor show a willingness to explore and experiment. Each medium can bring out different aspects of my artistic expression.
