Minimum Entropy Print

My practice involves the use of sculpture and installation. As well as working with steel and found objects, chemicals and natural processes are used to highlight time as a physical and visual presence. Often through the use of installation, I create an environment in which the viewer's perception of the everyday day objects used are altered through the context and form in which they are placed. Entropy is a key component of my work, as there is often a sense of transformation evident in the objects used. This could be highlighting the romanticism found in decay and disorder, or the illuminating of a once discarded object now presented in an idealised form.
