What inspired me to paint this painting is my love to music, the colours chosen were the colours of earth, brown, blue, and yellow which meant to me that music is essential for us to live like air and water that make things grow and exist. Gold leaves represent music's value or how it adds value to our lives. And that is precisely what I want viewers to see in my painting and in music and how it inspires life and beauty and how it adds value to our lives. The medium used is acrylic, with a collage of paper and gold leaves, to create the texture and the gilded feature and value of gold to the abstract decorative painting.
