About The Artwork

Brainfuck is a new piece of neuro art by Olive Gingrich and Shama Rahman. The piece Brain*uck is a playful reactive brainwave sculpture responding to states of sensualisation. Sensory input is measured as brainwave patterns, which are compared against brainwave signature patterns of FLOW, identified by Dr. Rahman (Neurocreate) during her Doctorate at Imperial College London. C-Type Metallic Mounting Substrate:: Aluminium Gloss Fixing Subframe The sculpture makes use of 3D bodyscans using Meshroom open source software, NeuroCreate’s Ai-machine learning Flow classification and a sound design that is using brainwave data as point of departure.
