ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Loteria Mexicana is a traditional Mexican game with many images of their culture. El Corazon is one of them and this version is inspired by the Day of the Dead and the flowers of Mexican embroidery. In an enlarged print of the original image, I added elements with acrylic paint to make my version of the Heart.

In 2008 I went to do a fashion show in Mexico as a producer and fell in love with its culture.Mixing techniques I learned at the fashion school as drawing, painting and embroidery, with oil painting classes I took as a teenager, in 2009 I started an artistic work inspired by Mexican culture, mainly on the Day of the Dead and skulls. I graduated in Fashion Design in 2001 and worked as a fashion producer with the most important brazilian brands. Also had my own clothing brand.that won 3 fashion prizes and participated in the biggest fashion event in Rio de Janeiro, Fashion Rio.
