ABOUT ME I spent her formative years in a military family traveling often which instilled a wanderlust that stuck with me throughout my years. An early graduate at 16, I moved to Southern California to attend The Art Institute of LA-Orange County. I spent three years in South Africa where my daughter was adopted, and then three years in Romania where two of my sons were born traveling to as many countries and different places as possible. I have always been inspired by capturing beauty through photography and travel. ​ I spent several years as a professional photographer for Land Rover, Jaguar, and Offshore Fishing Tournaments which sent me around the United States telling amazing stories of adventure and travel. Adding destination weddings and elopements, Nightfall Weddings was born and I photographed 78 weddings in the first year, being known for capturing the moodiness of nightfall and emotion in photographs. A storyteller. ​ After several years of travel, I wanted my children to experience a simple true American life in the tiniest town possible and welcomed another baby boy, Revere with my husband, Jimmy. We live in a 1921 craftsman farmhouse on a few acres with a fishing stream. We are a quiet family of 6 with a pointer named Hank, a paint horse named Ginger, and 5 egg chickens. Today I enjoy my days at home, not traveling often, staying home with my quiet little life in the middle of nowhere painting all of the beauty I have seen throughout the years.
