This work is the third piece in the Concentric Series, and it contains the reason and motivation behind the Concentric Series, which I truly want to tell. 童心(Childhood innocence) #1 and #2 work in the park or in the square, feeding pigeons or playing around with curiosity, showing the purest aspects of their age. However, at the same time, in other places, the symbol of purity is entangled with the interests of reality and is greatly simplified by the words only survival and death. These situations do not refer to any specific situation. It may be the image of a young sibling who is sacrificed in the civil war of a distant foreign country, or it may be the image of a young sibling who is neglected in the blind spot of social welfare. I criticize this situation and do not want to look at the world pessimistically. Rather, if there are light, dark, and positive parts, I think it is the reason of the world to have negative parts. However, compared to the positive part, I think it is my duty as a painter to inform the world about the part on the other side that should not be turned away, although it is treated somewhat passively. Plato's geometric atomism argues that everything in the world is made up of two triangles. Inspired by this theory, I thought that children are the most important for us humanity to last for generations to generation. This is because when they are in childhood, they will become the faces of our humanity in the future, whether positive or negative. Simplifying the shape of the brother geometrically to convey the feeling of fear among the brothers and sisters, the possibility of returning to the form of nothingness at the origin, which can be rather destroyed by the situation in which he is facing shortly after creation begins. Expressed. On the other hand, the younger brother expressed it in a relatively intact form to express the feeling that he felt a small sense of stability, although he was afraid of his brother's protection. With the siblings withering in fear, the world in which we live around is imaged. The left side of the work expresses a realm of nature that has nothing to do with the human world, and although the detailed form in the middle is unknown, the existence as if surrounding a cloak represents a creator, a transcendent existence who cannot distinguish between good and evil. . Next, on the right, when known as a big issue in the media, it symbolically expresses the image of our humanity, who is interested in a moment but has an indifferent attitude. The yellow area under the transcendental existence represents the present world in which we live, and the beings surrounding the brothers and sisters at the bottom of the work embodied the dark appearance of our society that could swallow up siblings at any time if we are not interested. In addition, the area that looks like a wave of a purple tone throughout the work expresses that it belongs to the concept of a time circulating from nothing to the euro again from a series of nothing that is created and destroyed again as the wave does not stop and flows continuously.
