About The Artwork

Please note that this piece is currently being exhibited at the Columbus Invitational Visual Arts Competition in Columbus, OH. It will be available to purchase again on this site on August 29, 2015 if it is not sold at the competition. If you would like to make arrangements to purchase this piece at the current price of $3,250, please contact me immediately to make payment arrangements and ensure it is not sold to an attendee at the exhibition or competition. This work features Eeva, the mysterious muse who recently began to appear in Quentin Heath Willis' art. It also features his familiar tribal/neoprimitive beings, and a number of whimsical creatures. However, the main characters soon give way and reveal a world of fascinating detail. The viewer will spend hours finding words, pictures and symbols hidden in the art. This piece is ready to hang on gallery wrapped canvas with white edges. The turquoise paint that covers the background is a duochrome/interference acrylic paint. In direct lighting, the paint will shimmer and change between blue and turquoise. In a darker room, the paint will appear as it does in the photograph. We have made every effort to accurately represent color. Please be aware that all monitors are slightly different, and we cannot guarantee the exact color.
