About The Artwork

This is a piece that combines painting and wheatpasting. The skull was drawn and colored using acrylic paint and oil pastels and then wheat pasted onto the wooden background painting. It is called "A Certain Deathly Charm" which is also written on the side of the painting. It is a phrase used by Charles Bukowski that struck me. This painting is 24" x 31".
