"It is so important to give oneself the time they deserve" However busy life gets the thought of being alone for some time, being away from all the noise, is always tempting, relaxing. "It doesn't matter where, if it's sunny and hot or wintery and cold, doesn't matter if the winds blow away the scarf and mess up my hair or I get so lost in thought that I barely notice when I drop my shoe in the water beneath. I am safe when I am with myself." So once again I brought here, a scene on canvas that I would rather be in. An original photograph I took from when I visited Jaipur, India, and had a beautiful time. To me, it gives a sense of confidence. It shows that I am enough and very capable all on my own, this feeling is what I share here. My inner person, who urges me to respect Time and the moments that when away with it, expresses her desire to find this quiet place and slowly unbox those moments that remain in memory alone. "How precious they were and how fleeting. I came out of there, only if I could go back in." The extensive layering of colors on the water makes you want to put your hands in it, some times to break the calm. I chose concrete toned light colors and less contract objectively to give a sense of reality and dark waving shadow of the tree as a contrast to that.
