About The Artwork
Oil painting on a fiber canvas, done in spring 2020, while in lockdown. Painting is of my memory being in Italy, by Lake Como and sunbathing on the grounds of the beautiful Villa Serbelloni. Their pool side has very good pink towels, bringing out a good skin color an perfect for a fresh summer selfy. Painted the painting while dreaming of great sunny days by the lake.
