"A Way" Print

This is a vibrant piece with a flat texture yet, through layering, the creation of depth. It came to life through an intuitive and zen approach. The work was created through Buddhist breathwork and a space of liberation, finding a way through a difficult period of time, walking the middle way. There is a sense of excitement, danger, bright energy, and yet a paradoxical calmness as you walk through it. As with all my pieces, though, it is a presentation of complex emotions and human experiences, providing a unique emotional draw and journey carried and walked by the individual observing each piece— none of our two journies are the same; we can see the same thing in different ways.
