Thank you for taking a look at my work. I was born in Nara Prefecture and now live in Hyogo Prefecture. I had learned to play the electronic organ for more than thirty years since I was a child, and I have experienced playing various genres of music up to the present. I have also enjoyed painting since I was a child and painted until I was a student. After a short break from drawing, I restarted drawing after an artwork experience in California. Through repeated experimentation and observation, I realized that sounds appear to me as shapes and colors, and I started abstract painting because I wanted to visualize invisible sounds. I drew sounds on canvas, but gradually I realized that sounds were just a trigger. Through my inner artist, I express on canvas the colors, shapes, and emotions that I feel from the elements that form music, such as melody, chord progression, rhythm, and singing voice. The work that is created by combining the already existing sounds and the self is like composing a new piece of music on canvas. Ultimately, my work achieves what I imagine to be the birth of life and nature. The combination of sound, color and soul express harmony, peace, hope and light.
