About The Artwork
Authentic, very attractive and varied weekly menu in Alcatraz prison. Meals to eat only on site ! To paint this painting, I was inspired by the legend of Alcatraz prison, visiting it and a very rich menu, which I found in archival materials.The work was done with high quality acrylic and oil paints on a linen base. Small images are sent stretched and ready to hang, large formats are safely sent rolled up and packed in a solid tube. Rolls can easily be stretched on the stretcher or ordered to the frame maker before framing. You can order any frame pattern and frame the picture yourself or give the frameman the task. The frame should fit primarily to the image and also to the interior in which the picture will be hung.
