About The Artwork

The Andromeda Nebula is the most beautiful part of the Andromeda constellation. This is a small elongated cloud, which can be seen with the naked eye during the rising of Andromeda. In fact, this bizarre cloud is nothing more than the light of the stars of the giant Galaxy, moving away from the Earth at high speed. An ancient Greek legend is associated with the name of the constellation. At the time of the gods, great warriors and cruel rulers, there lived a beautiful girl named Andromeda. She was the daughter of the rulers of Ethiopia - King Cepheus and his beloved Queen Cassiopeia. Queen Cassiopeia was so beautiful that no one could compare with her unearthly beauty. Once the Queen was walking along the seashore and saw the sea beauties - the Nereid nymphs. Cassiopeia was proud: even the beautiful nymphs could not compete with the beauty of the queen of Ethiopia! This angered the Lord of the Seas Poseidon, who, in punishment to the proud queen, sent a terrible flood and bloodthirsty monster Tiamat to her country, coming out of the depths of the sea to the shore and devouring people and cattle. King Cepheus, unable to endure the suffering of his people any longer, went to the Great Oracles in order to find out how he could get rid of the terrible monster. The oracle answered him that for this the king needs to sacrifice the most precious thing he has - his beloved daughter Andromeda. Obeying the inevitable, Cepheus ordered Andromeda to be chained to a rock. And then a huge whale Taimat rose from the depths of the sea. It seemed that nothing would save the beautiful princess, but then Andromeda was seen by Perseus - the son of the god Zeus and the earthly woman Danae. Perseus fought the monster and defeated him, freeing the beautiful Andromeda. The artwork is a mystical space fantasy with strong expression and movement, made in mixed media fluid art and airbrushing on a wooden art panel. It will perfectly fit into the interior with black objects. Coated with 11 layers of varnish for reliable UV protection and a smooth shiny surface. The work is signed on the front and includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Packaged carefully: In cartons carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and protected with foam.

I am a contemporary artist living in Limburg, Belgium. I was born in Perm, Russia, I loved to paint from an early age, but I discovered painting for myself in adulthood and continue to find satisfaction in it. I have tried many different styles and used several different means to express myself. I am always looking for new sources of inspiration and I understand the special power of fine art and by creating, I hope to attract the viewer to look at the world in a different way. Influenced by this intention, as well as by light and color, I create paintings that speak of contemporary, abstract and imaginative sensibility. Each piece is a multi-layered creation and a fusion of chemical reactions and painting. The complete painting process is a multi-layer process. Because of this, my pieces tend to reflect the warmth and colors of the room they are in. I prefer to write nature in an abstract aspect. In painting, I practice fluid technology, the unpredictability of this technique helps me to achieve inner harmony, and the process of managing this unpredictability is fascinating and intriguing to improve my skill. The main tools are ink and maxmedia on plexiglass and mixed materials on canvas. I consider Art to be one of the main tools in self-knowledge. Artist statement Now I am working on several projects at the same time, they are still in development, and as soon as they are ready, I poesr them here. One of the things that I like about the work of an artist is complete freedom to create your own world of reality, in which there are beautiful girls, magical and mysterious creatures. A forest full of twinkling and mysteries. I reflect them in the series of artworks "Mystical entities" "creatures" and in the series "Fantastic world" I am also intrigued by the possibility of capturing the moment of expressing art inspired by strong emotions of people at one time or another. I reflect this in the new series of works “Overwhelming Emotions” that I have begun. Often my source of inspiration is nature, it's beauty, changeability, wealth, strength, and at the same time fragility and vulnerability. I see the underwater world and its inhabitants as wonderful.. Here you can see abstractions of the underwater world. There is a whole world under the surface of the water, that is hidden from us, which is no less beautiful and amazing in its uniqueness. And here you can also see works in the floral theme.
