After death everything just starts to begin more interesting and intense. Naked Lilith with snake around her shows no-fear and no-regret mindset. Just enjoy yourself. The hand in right corner represents desire and god-like state of mind in people who want to get to know her better. Also it shows the eternal presence of Devil who in some way protects her and leads humans to her knees. Decrescent moon symbolizes ending of one cycle and beginning of the next one.
