ABOUT THE ARTWORK
From 1999 i was start to decorate and selling in italy furniture with ancient and old pages of vintage books or newspapers, then I combined the ancient technique of paper cut out with painting and drawing, emulating paper figures with ink, this is one of the first paintings I created with this technique. This Ballerina finished the show and say thank you, this painting has created in 2006 on an unique 1 cm leaf of plywood, ink on original pages of vintage book. Signed, certificate of authenticity, MIBAC certificate. Notes:over time the wooden panel has slightly curved, very little, it is resolved by framing the work, see images for best understanding.
