I really love such exotic flowers. When I saw her, I realized that I simply would not forgive myself if I did not draw this beautiful pink flower. Homeland of Medinilla - the rainforests of the Philippines, where the riot of colors, smells and sounds turns the forest into a real fairy-tale city. There it is known as "kapa-kapa" or Malaysian orchid. This beautiful flower grows on the islands of the Pacific Ocean, Asia, Africa, Madagascar. The unusual bell-shaped flowers of Medinilla and the thin branched creeping stems of Gloriosa perfectly embody the luxury and riot of tropical nature. In the author's painting I have written, such colors as pink, green, yellow, white, gray, brown are very harmoniously combined.
