About The Artwork

I love to create interactive experiences between the viewer and my art. In this piece, we are flying through space near a new star as light begins to break through its photosphere for the first time. The contrast between space and the bright star delivers a violet glow around the corona of the star, which is best seen in person. This glow is a visual effect of the juxtaposition of colors, and the vibration of the colors creates the glow. This piece will add attention and drama to a space. My hope is to draw viewers into an alternative realm that imparts feelings of empowerment and freedom.
