ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This work is inspired by life in the city of Athens, and how the city is like a big chess board. Who knows what will be your next move and what will happen to you? The style is a very personal one, which I go to every now and then, influenced by surrealism, fantasy, geometric designs (from ancient Greek to modern), graphics. Pen and ink and acquarelles join forces in this work to capture scenes from my imagination.
