Contemplating Man Print

This work was created during a time of deep thinking for me. A time where choices mattered and I couldn't allow impaired thinking induced by my environment control me. The best course of action was isolation. This painting captured my inner turmoil with the deep maroon hue being the figure itself, surrounded by a world of messy flesh. I hope that this piece will give views a moment to stop and consider many of the choices they're about to make in life. Some of the most miniscule choices in our life can have the most profound impact. I choose the medium of oil paint because of the way it glides across the canvas surface layer after layer.
