I enjoy painting flowers and I love daisies. But for this painting I wanted to try something different so I thought about how a daisy might look from underneath, reaching up towards the sky. I wanted to keep the image simple so I focused on a single flower. I hope you like it. This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on canvas. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colours and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The painting has been signed and is sold in a white shabby chic handmade wooden frame, fitted with picture wire, ready to hang. The painting measures 16 x 12 inches (40.64 x 30.48 cm).
