I used to multi-task a lot (still do when I don't take care). But my experience shows that a quiet mind and focussing on one task at a time yield much better results. About Flow Art: It's painting with fluid acrylics. To me, fluid painting means letting go of control, to just let it flow. It's a very intuitive and relaxing process, but it requires lots of experimenting and knowledge about how different paints and additives react with each other. Every outcome is different and always a suprise.
