About The Artwork
My work is the visual representation of sound and how I feel it. Each day we are pulled in different directions by many voices which reside in our memory; these voices are of our parents, grandparents, our siblings, friends, birds and machinery etc. This sensation of sound is unknown to me; it has never been a sweet symphony or a way to express myself. It has pivoted my life and defined it to what it is today; vibrations, static noise and visual flare are the key terms defining my relationship with sound. My work is a glimpse of the world I am known to! I welcome viewers to reality; my work is a way to admire sound I want to capture the sound as I envision it. By this I wish to pay tribute to sound.
