About The Artwork

The canvas “Eternal Spring” reveals an amazing and at the same time gloomy picture. In the center of the work is a man in rags, wearing a gas mask, standing in front of a window through which an empty city is visible. His face expresses deep melancholy and despair. The environment also bears the imprint of loss and sadness: the streets are empty, the buildings are dilapidated, the plants are withered, and the atmosphere is permeated with a gloomy mood. The color palette of the painting “Eternal Spring” emphasizes its deep emotional charge. Dark, fading colors create a sense of loss and hopelessness, while bright colors used to depict nature only enhance the contrast between living and dead nature. This painting reminds the viewer of how wars, environmental disasters or other terrible events can change the world around us, leaving only emptiness and destruction. At the same time, she encourages us to think about how important it is to protect and appreciate what we have before losing it forever
