About The Artwork

It’s painted with homemade earth pigments and acrylic ink on a linen canvas.
The natural pigments are made of ashes and charcoal. The other colors are made from stones and rocks found in the Amsterdam forest. Because of the earth pigments, the painting has a very distinct and eye-catching structure. The painting is varnished and UV protected.
