Poison Ivy, who controls plant-grow to conquer her opponents, cannot excess her powers in the Amazon, because it is all cutdown and dead. She is being man-handled by lumberjacks. Failing Superheroes is about how Superheroes fail to save us from real disasters, but also about how we fail to save ourselves: we Netflix more than we contribute to the solution.
