About The Artwork
I’ve always liked nature and when I started to collect plants in my flat I intensified this love. That’s why I decided to create a few small paintings, where I would combine the expressive style of painting with a flat one. The flora is painted with expressive brush strokes and the fauna is in poster and flat style. Although in reality, these two groups are close to each other, I wanted to create a contrast between them. The main character is Red Eyed Tree Frog in this case. This pretty, colorful guy spend a majority of his life in trees and is an excellent jumper, moreover, he isn’t poisonous and can be bred at home. - The edges of the painting are painted with fluorescent orange paint. This creates an interesting effect - when you hang it on a bright wall (especially white) the orange will glow. - The entire surface has a matt finish. - My signature is on the front and reverse side of the canvas.

Hello! I’m Ewelina Czarniecka. Since middle school, my close ones have called me "effe." I’m a painter and a graphic designer. I learned about painting skills from my grandfather and father. I gained my creative soul at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Later I enriched it with strong graphics knowledge while studying at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
