ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I am often inspired by the world around me. This intersection is a couple of blocks from my house. I never really gave it a second glance until one day I was walking the dog and just inspired by the sun setting behind this strip mall. I really am drawn to evening light and all the things that happen at night. This block is a hotbed for druggies and low-lifes but I wanted to look for the beauty in the scene.
