About The Artwork

Interior painting "Awakening". Author Vanda Orlova, Ukraine (September 19, 2023) The picture changes color depending on the time of day and month of location! Written on canvas on a stretcher with acrylic paints. It can be used without baguette decoration - the ends are a continuation of the fuguet of the picture. 100% exclusive! In its essence, this canvas embodies an event in consciousness, which initiates the process of overcoming one's own limitations and promotes awareness of one's connection with the infinity of the Universe. Every color and line on the canvas is embodied in the story of spiritual awakening, which is a continuous process. The intersecting colors and textures symbolize inner harmony and union with the greater cosmic being. The color palette, from dark to light shades, reflects the evolution of consciousness, from awakening to communion with the spiritual world. On this canvas, awakening is not the end point, but rather the beginning of a great journey. Every stroke has meaning, every shade has its own story. This picture invites the viewer to lend a hand to spiritual growth and the discovery of new possibilities that lie in the unreachable depths of our consciousness. #ArtVanda #female_silhouette_dark_background

I am self-taught artist from Ukraine, a participant in The Chelsea International Fine Art Competition 2024 (USA) and the International Art Maze Mag Competition (Britain). I am sincerely waiting for MY art manager (curator), with whom we will "blow off the roof" of the art environment 💞🤝 I really like to draw and I am very tired of the managerial work that I have been doing for more than 25 years, managing marketing projects and teams in them. Currently, my paintings participate in exhibitions, competitions, Art Tours in Europe and are in many private collections in Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Greece, Italy, USA, Canada. etc. I have been painting all my life. Mostly I write plot abstraction, sometimes landscapes. I work on canvas with oil and acrylic, I use texture pastes. The main subjects of my paintings are life values such as love, family, friendship. There are stories that I write inspired by music. In my work, I do not aim to depict an exact visual reality, but instead combine different materials, use colors, shapes and gestural signs to achieve the desired effect. I didn't graduate from art universities - I just drew all my life. My life was and is my professor. Sometimes cruel, sometimes kind and gentle. My creative process of creating a picture is a search. Searching for a method of visualizing an idea. First, in my head - I see the main plot and roughly have an idea of the general plan of the picture. Then I apply possible combinations of shapes, colors and textures to it. It happens that in the process of working on a picture, new ideas appear. Then elements and even characters that were not in the original idea appear on the canvas. Sometimes the solution doesn't come right away. Then I leave the canvas for a certain time. However, the search for an answer always remains in my mind. And after a certain time she comes. I can hear, see, or read something and it leads me to the answer I'm looking for. Therefore, I often have not one, but several paintings at once in my work. And I constantly think about each of them until I finish working on it. I like to experiment in my paintings. In each of my paintings, I develop - through new techniques, materials, a combination of ideas and images. I attach great importance to work with color. Most of my paintings are painted using a limited palette - only 4 basic colors! I like to find and create my own color shades.
