About The Artwork
This Glass is a symbol of Soviet Period in Russia. Invented by a great sculptor Vera Mukhina, it has been used obviously in every home and canteen. Ergonomic and cheep, it was used to measure products, to drink everything from tea to vodka. This is one of 15 painted posters from my Simply Russian Collection, where I tried to present Russia in simple symbols and recognizable scenes
