This Art Composition depicts about Godess Sharikha whose mystical abode is in Hari Parbat Kashmir. Another name for the hill is Pradyumna Peeth. It is considered sacred by the Kashmiri Pandits and hosts a temple of Shakti, who is worshipped there under the name Jagadamba Sharika Bhagawati (or simply Sharika). Sharika with matchless power combats and terminates the demon and clears the andhkar (darkness )with her blessings from our lives if we pray to her spiritually. Like Goddess Sharika killed the demon Jalodbhava and dropped a pebble from above on Jalodbhava in same manner it will kill our ahankaar and help us come out of turbulent times

Artist:-NEERAJ RAINA 'Does it matter how paint is put ,, as long as it breathes LIFE' From a tender age the paint box remained the most prized possession of Neeraj. He would toy with the colours to produce extra-ordinary forms. The serene ambience of Srinagar overflowing with the symbols of nature's treasure coupled with the encouragement of teachers at The Tyndale Biscoe School elevated his sensibilities. Identifying his strong urge to paint, his parents supported him, resulting in his winning State level awards and certifications. Though, Neeraj pursued the learning skills in IT yet his paint box followed him everywhere. The small boy with gravitational affinity towards his paint box always beckons him to tread the glorious path of art. Balancing his professional life with his artistic creativity remained his endeavour. Being a self taught artist, Neeraj never shackled his creativity and let it flow and prosper in different genres. He combined the abstract with realism, blending bright colours with measured brush stokes to create a vibrant and unique language. His nuances found varied expressions through silence of landscapes, bustle of the city, representation of natural symbols and revelation of the latent unsaid stories of life. Needless to mention that the exodus in 1990 and the forced exile of his community occupies the prime place in his art. Neeraj's artwork has found space in 'Gyawun' , 'ArtdHope ', 'fineartamerica', 'Fizdi',“Gallerist”, “Saatchiart” ,TV 18 News Channel etc apart from being published in KECSS- The Kashmir Education Culture and Science Society magazines and Times of India, and Daily Excelsior newspapers.
