About The Artwork
It is a very special feeling, and indeed privilege, to walk in the New Zealand bush. I love the warm light, the rust-coloured water in the little creeks and pools, and the archaic flora and fauna. This watercolour painting captures a moment in time, which for me was pure magic, on my favourite walking track, the School Road Track in Paihia (Bay of Islands). This watercolour comes in an off-white mount.
