I painted this acrylic painting on a white canvas of the beautiful cliffs of Ireland. Can you hear the ocean waves crashing?

My name is Stephanie Dashiell, I was born in Spokane, Washington in 1976 but raised in Nevada. My first experiences as an artist, was in middle school with Mrs. Linda Hull at Tanana Middle School. Her guidance helped me embrace my creative side and my Uncle Clarence an artist taught me to appreciate the beauty in everything I saw. My paintings are inspired by my many travels, cultural influences, and meditations. It is because of these experiences I realized I wanted to pursue my career in painting. I believe an artist is defined as someone that is born with the desire to express their emotions through alternative forms and media. I went on to study practical techniques by experience, learning through trial and error and studying the works of different types of painters. It was here that I furthered expanded on my knowledge in acrylic paints using a variety of mediums like canvas and wood pallets and posting them on social media sites, where I have created a group of followers and buyers. I am focused on creating vibrant color blends that showcase a variety of subjects. I currently work from Alaska during the winter time and via my RV travels during the summer time.
