It is a view through a modern, large window onto the inner courtyard. The dominant feature of the painting is the green tree and green lawn. The reflections of light are reflected on the window glass. Everything is kept in warm orange and green. The painting is extremely elegant and spacious. The strength of this painting is that it is saturated with light, where also the shadow parts become brilliant and luminous. It encourages reflection, maybe even a moment of meditation. Painting this work of art was a long process: one year of patient application of successive semitransparent layers of paint. It is very laborious and time-consuming technique: each subsequent layer of paint is applied on the already dried layer. But thanks to them the image has its depth and luminosity.
