Many layers of transparent color glazes create a sense of depth and complexity in this ethereal skyscape. Billowing clouds in a sky of muted blues, warm gray, and a hint of lavender are enhanced by a golden glow and two small, graceful birds. This painting features a subtle gold sheen and small flecks of sheer metallic gold. It's large size and overall impression is dramatic yet serene and optimistic. Image size is 43"- 44"high x 56" wide, plus an additional 2" painted border on all sides, to allow for a gallery wrap mounting (overall painted canvas is 48" x 60").
