Inspired by the magical times at the Texas State Fair in the 1950's, outside the automobile building by the Esplanade with it's statuary. A softer gentler time of new sights, sounds and smells to be had only at the fair. The Fair has been a popular subject among many artists here in Texas and elsewhere for many decades.
