About The Artwork

As in any of my works, this painting is a result of a true story. Often, we struggle to express ourselves in the right moments cause we are never trully prepared. Our egos lock in to certain ideas, unable to see what it really is. On the back of this painting, there are a few lines that express this feeling: "Your game is my game, but the game is over. You are nothing but an inspiration. You love to hate me and you hate to love me. All of this is a deception. Raise the flag. The war has just begun" Original painting on canvas, prepared with acrylics.

A Greek artist, that has studied engineering in UK and arts in Greece. My love for art started at a very young age. I used to sit im my father's study room, getting lost in the pages of art encyclopedia's for hours listening to Pink floyd and the Beatles. My life since then has been as exciting and surreal as my paintings are. Most people view my art as happy, when all these paintings where made out of struggle, sadness and depression. Sometimes I feel that I decorate my feelings in bright colors just to turn around what is inside me. Every single line in the paintings is alive in my head , in another dimension, somewhere that everything makes sense - at least to me. I am not a big fan of realism in arts, as I don't really believe that anything is real at all. We are all energies intertwined with each other, expressed in the most peculiar ways.
