About The Artwork
Magnificent rose The painting made in the IMPASTO technique, oil on canvas, original painting. Quality materials were used: canvas, oil, brushes, paint knife, solvent. The painting was executed in 30x35 cm format, in April 2022. The painting presents a wide range of colors, from orange, yellow, beige, pink, red, burgundy... to dark purple. I really like the representation of small shapes on a large scale, that's why I wanted to express the beauty of the petals of the already blooming rose in a visible texture. This colorful painting will be a wonderful decoration object for your home or a gift for your friends and family. The painting can decorate the walls of a kitchen or living room, combining it nicely with other objects in your home. Can be framed or left unframed as the painting was continued on canvas frames. Welcome to my gallery. My name is Victoria Bordei. I am self-taught, I returned to painting after 20 years of absence, until now I did engineering in light industry creating beautiful clothes. But one good thing happened to me during the pandemic, is that I started painting again with passion, because painting stayed deep in my soul. I finished my studies at the Academic High School of Fine Arts in Moldova, so I have professional studies in drawing and painting. I like to paint with penetrating colors, I like contrasts. I work in pencil, watercolor, oil, gouache.
