About The Artwork

908 Steiner, San Francisco, as it was painted in 1967 by Funk Art leader, Maija Peeples-Bright. The dogs on the porch are "Bo" and "Mr. Jones" who lived there in the 70's. The inside paintings are "Seasaw Beast" by Maija Peeples and "Over the Moon" by Patrick Hughes. Today the house, in Haight Ashbury, is painted much more conservatively.
