In addition to Katya's portrait, I painted two more portraits - residents of the village "Ishaki of Chuvashia". This is "Anna Petrovna" and "Man in blue. Uncle Misha." Paired portraits of the same size, a similar composition. I decided to portray the toilers of the village near their homes. Uncle Misha, it seemed to me, was not very pleased with the posing for the portrait. But it turned out he was just being very modest. He was sitting in a blue quilted jacket in the shadow of his blue house. I wanted to document the lively impression of people, so I chose the plein-air-academic manner. I worked three sessions for two hours with the models and additionally painted the entourage from life. ARTIST: Alexander Korol TITLE: "Man in blue. Uncle Misha." MEDIUM: Oil on Canvas SIZE: 80х50 cm This painting is created on linen canvas, stretched on wooden bar, unframed. Ready to hang. When I create my paintings, I use only high-quality materials. Upon completion of the work on the painting I cover it with a special fixing varnish, which protects the paint layer from external influences. Before sending I carefully pack the painting in bubble wrap (and other protective materials) and placed in a sturdy cardboard box. All my works are unique and created in one copy. Certificate of authenticity is included. Thank you for watching! Yours faithfully, Alexander Korol.
