I was inspired by my wife.She is my muse! I think I was really able to delve into my wife's head and take out one of her dreams. Apparently I have reached to this idea that no matter who,even Mephisto will not pass by such woman. At this point I'm the powerful Mephisto who meet's his love in her dream. Awik Balaian is a professional artist, scenic artist for National Opera and Ballet in Amsterdam and animation/filmmaker based in the Netherlands. His work has fantastic and surrealistic visualizations that show a dream world with some erotic twist in it. In 2003 he graduated from fine art academy ArteZ in Arnhem and the same year started a new education at Film Academy in Amsterdam which he successfully graduated in 2007. The short animation film “Sammy” where he worked as background artist has won several awards in festivals worldwide
