About The Artwork
It has started again, but during that time Me and My Family were far from the crowded City. When my mom, dad and I were in Mumbai, quarantined ourselves at home and followed every measure to avoid infection. I have so many paintings of situations around me, which I used to document by looking through my window. We used to sit long hours observing the things. After 9 months we gathered some courage and decided to move to Rajasthan to get away from the dreadful fear. As I reached Rajasthan, I recalled our daily life family situation during lockdown in Mumbai "me-my family-horrifying view from my window" and portrayed it. But then it has all started again....same issues, Covid Variants....UK, Brazilian, South African and double mutant (California/Indian) and the Rule makers..
