ABOUT THE ARTWORK

This piece is part of a series of landscapes based on a residency completed in the Ottawa Valley. The works explore the presence of nature and its beauty. The artist is looking to portray a feeling of being present in the space of the composition. A layer of gold spray paint flickers as it peaks out around the acrylic bringing the composition to life while reflecting the viewer.
