About The Artwork

There is a story in Chinese and Korean folklore about the Moon Rabbit, whose original origin comes from a Buddhist fairy tale. The Emperor of Heaven had changed into a beggar and asked three animals, a fox, a monkey and a rabbit, to bring him food. Fox caught a fish and brought it to a beggar, the monkey brought him fruit. Since the rabbit had nothing but grass, it decided to burn it with itself, thus offering itself to the beggar. Surprised by the sacrifice of the rabbit, the Emperor sent him to the Moon to create an elixir of life and become his guardian and guard. In eastern states, the hare is also a symbol of wisdom, agility, fertility, self-defense, wit and, of course, Moon.

Symbolism and decorative realism manners help portray the interaction of emotion and intelligence with the environment, surrounding the world through the prism of its values without losing the compositions' ties to recognizable reality. I balanced between reality and decorator, capturing the shape in a laconic way. I indulge in formal searches and experiments of color, texture, shape, sketch, drawing. I'm looking for new visual plastic capabilities, using modern materials; formative mass, golden folly, graffiti technique, mixing. The works have an impact from both realism, impressionism, abstinkism and modern artisanal schools. I tend to create a dialogue between the artist and the viewer, to compare impressions, different visions of the world, without concealing the internal turmoil that serves as a philosophical search for engines and experiments.
