About The Artwork

In HG Wells' future, the moon has been destroyed, and the earth is almost unrecognizable. This painting is an imagining of that future in New York City, from the perspective of someone looking up at the sky at the sun overhead, which, because of pollution and the tall buildings, is much dimmer than our present. The moon is also visible on the right.

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

I am interested in the interplay of color, focus, depth, and form when I choose a subject to paint. But it is the process of pushing the boundaries of light and depth to create an emotional response brought on by profound beauty. Sometimes it's in the smallest detail, or perhaps the darkest corner - my goal is to make art that shows emotion.
