About The Artwork

In this oil painting, I plunge into the depths of contemplation, manifesting tranquility and introspection. Using abstract expressionism, I capture the essence of a serene ocean—a metaphor for the mind's expanse. The minimalist approach evokes calm, while the colors and subtle textures resonate with the soul's whispers. Displaying this piece at home invites a wave of peaceful energy, a constant reminder of the vastness within us. Contemporary art, individual and unique. A combination of white, green and blue colors. “Ocean of thoughts” is a minimal color-field oil painting on a gallery quality cotton canvas. Size: 100x100 сm (39.4" x 39.4") The 2 cm edges are painted white. Exact colors may vary depending on monitor and lighting. If you have any questions about this or any other piece, just contact me.

I drew as a child, but after school I studied Economics and stopped painting for a long time. However, there was a certain moment later in my life when I decided to try it again. I began painting since 2010: Still lifes and landscapes. In the beginning, my paintings had their roots in realism but I continue to experiment with new techniques, styles and materials. My latest artworks are more abstract or semi-abstract. If you tend to tread the borderlands between the real and unreal, the waking and dreaming, then my paintings may appeal to you.
