About The Artwork

Pegasus symbolizes the superiority of the spiritual over the material. It points to freedom and overcoming gravity. With this picture, I wanted to show the purity of the aspirations of the soul of its owner. This amazing creature is also a symbol of wisdom, strength and speed. In my works, I like to use the fantasy genre, because it helps to escape from everyday life and routine, I hope it will help you too. The mythology of Greece and various legends tell that the Pegasus was the brainchild of Poseidon and Medusa the Gorgon. In Greece, it was believed that the Pegasus white with wings and has unusual abilities. It was revered for strength and courage. Pegasus was loyal to Zeus, it was entrusted with the venerable mission of delivering thunder and lightning to God. However, this did not make the Pegasus a revered deity. The winged horse gained deserved worship after a great feat: with it’s strength it managed to save Hippocrene. Hippocrene is one of the famous muses responsible for the inspiration of creative personalities, poets, artists. Pegasus from that moment until now is considered the "horse of muses". The fame of the Pegasus has always been so strong that Fulgentius, a mythographer who lived in the 6th century, named the winged horse the messenger of heaven. In addition to this feat, the Pegasus has many other merits – it is: pure in soul; hardy; immensely wise; highly spiritually developed. This work is done in all favorite platinum and gold tones, which gives the picture a more auspicious look and takes any interior to a new level

Hello, my name is Madina Turlybekova and I am a self-taught artist from Kazakhstan. From childhood I realized that I wanted to do art. What interested me the most was the people. The way they look from a certain angle, how they look when they experience certain emotions. A person is like a book that you can read endlessly, and it will always be interesting. In my works I want to convey the beauty of a person in its classical sense. I want to create works that will be relevant for many years and do not chase trends in the art industry. My goal is to use the character on my canvases to convey the same feeling that I experience when I paint them. I hope you feel it too
