Materials: Fabriano Pittura acid-free and archival sheet of paper, professional-grade acrylic paints, varnish Size of the sheet of paper: 35 x 25 x 0.1 cm A white margin surrounds the painting in preparation for a mounting mat, and its actual size is 33 x 22.8 cm. The artwork is not framed. The images in situ only show how the painting may look in a frame and on a wall. The artwork portrays a beautiful garden filled with vibrant purple and yellow flowers which sway in the breeze. Whenever someone looks at the painting, they feel a sense of tranquillity and joy. One day, after I finished the painting, my partner and I hosted a dinner party to celebrate our anniversary. As our guests arrived, they all admired the painting I had set up on my easel and commented on its beauty. As the night progressed, something peculiar began to happen. The painting appeared to come to life. The flowers in the artwork started to move, their petals fluttering in the breeze, and the garden began to extend beyond the painting's borders. The guests were amazed and thrilled by the magical display. They gathered around the painting, observing in awe as the garden continued to come to life. After a few minutes, the garden gradually disappeared, and the painting returned to its original state. The guests were left speechless and amazed, uncertain of what they had just witnessed. From that night on, the painting took on a new significance, reminding us of nature's enchantment and marvel. Every time we look at it, we are filled with joy and wonder, knowing that we have experienced something truly extraordinary. However, this story is not entirely factual. It is, to a certain extent, a fairy tale. As a child, I read Hans Christian Andersen's story about dancing flowers, which left a deep impression on me. I often dreamed of the flowers dancing around at night before falling asleep. So, while my flowers do not dance, I still wish they would!
