I've been wanting to paint this figure for a while but I have been avoiding it due to the blatant view of the genitalia. But, thanks to another person out there opening my eyes to a fear I need to conquer I painted it. I consider the human body beautiful in all its forms and I will admit that I've been used to seeing nude people after attending life drawing groups for decades. I wish that many would see the beauty in the figure and not focus on the breasts or the genitalia which happens even when the figure is not sexualized at all.
